When you're off, you're off

And man, we were off at last night's softball game. I added two beautiful errors, a catch I should've had but didn't go the right spot despite some direction, and two outs when up to bat (not strikeouts, I'm not that bad) to the display. Piss poor performance from me, and I apologize.

I've decided that after beating myself last night about it, that instead I would write this blog to help release some of the frustration. POOP!!! That helped too. I've also decided that perhaps you should always walk over and see how your spouse is after they've been pelted in the leg with a fast one off the bat. Otherwise, it's only going to come up later and at that point you can't say "walk it off" again.

The Ruckus - let's get past this one and rake the next team over the coals with our bats of vengeance and fury.

Ahhh come on!!! You guys are great... well... ok... you'll get better!

When all else failed, it was fun to watch Easton run around in circles. Literally... and then all of the kids following in tote... like a line of junkies twitching and running into each other. :)

I think a batting practice would be fun!!! I have to play when Lena is in India, and I would appreciate some practice before I have to write some blog from the hospital bed...
